Plasma therapy PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and platelet rich fibrin therapy I-PRF (Injectable Platelet Rich Fibrin), A-PRF (Advanced Platelet Rich Fibrin) are products obtained from autologous blood directly from the patient.

These are platelet concentrates containing a number of factors accelerating angiogenesis, ie the formation of new blood vessels, building of new cells and regeneration of damaged tissue.
Platelets release lamellar growth factors contained within them, responsible for the stimulation of regenerative processes, healing and rebuilding of damaged tissue, as a natural effect of your body. They activate the mesenchymal stem cells, osteoblasts, fibroblasts, endothelial cells and skin cells, stimulating the synthesis of collagen.
The fibrin is a new generation platelet concentrate in the form of a three-dimensional structure. Platelets are more stimulated to release growth factors, cytokines and cause migration of mesenchymal stem cells to the applied areas. The fibrin occurs in two forms: liquid fractions I-PRF, and advanced fraction-APRF (applicable in dentistry).
The I-PRF fibrin is the potential of stem cells. It is the best scaffolding of ” tissue engineering” for platelets, white blood cells (leucocytes), growth factors and stem cells.

Effects of the treatment:

Indications for patients:
Hydration of the body on the day of treatment is important. Drink at least 1.5 litres of water before treatment.
Do not ingest any non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs 7 days before and 7 days after treatment. It is recommended to use only paracetamol 500 mg.

Safety:
The treatment is completely safe. Fractions of PRP, I-PRF, and A-PRF obtained from the patient’s own blood, which rules out the risk of intolerance, allergies, immune reactions and viral transmissions.
All kits to obtain plasma and platelet rich fibrin are legal medical devices registered in the Office for the Registration of Medical Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products.
Each of the elements of a kit has the necessary certificate to use in medicine. Each kit is disposable and packed individually. The vials and tubes are non-pyrogenic, that is, devoid of dead bacteria and viruses and do not contain calcium chloride. Vial elements are made of a thermoplastic material that can be cleaned, removed and sterilized by autoclaving at 135 ‘ C. The cell separator is equipped with a disinfection module via UVC radiation.
After the treatment the skin may be slightly reddened and swollen, with tiny injection marks or small bruises. You can lubricate the treated areas with Auriderm. Hematomas or minor bruises disappear spontaneously within a few days up to 2 weeks.
The treated areas must be kept clean and sterile for 24 hours. Do not touch the treated area. Avoid contact with the animals. Do not apply makeup up to 12 hours after treatment.
Avoid direct sun exposure and subzero temperatures for 7 days. Avoid the sauna, do not swim or do any strenuous physical exercise – jogging or gym.
A day cream with sunscreen, preferably SPF 50 + should be used.
