INFORMATION CLAUSE – GDPR

On the basis of the provisions of Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, I inform that:

  1. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of:
  2. conclusion and implementation of the contract (the basis of Article 6 para. 1 lit.b GDPR)
  3. performing legal obligations (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.c GDPR), e.g. issuing and storing invoices
  4. archival (evidence) to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (our legitimate interest (basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR)
  5. possible determination / pursuit of claims or defense against claims (basis of art.6 par.1 lit.f GDPR)
  6. directly offering you service related products and services of our trading partners (our and our partners’ legitimate interest (basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 f of the GDPR);
  7. In order to properly implement the contract, your personal data may be disclosed to the following entities:
  8. entrepreneurs providing accounting (accounting, tax), debt collection, legal and IT services to us
  9. entrepreneurs providing postal or courier services for us
  10. entrepreneurs providing payment services (banks) to support the payment process
  11. financial or judicial authorities, state agencies, public authorities, at their request to the extent permitted by law;
  12. Access to your personal data is only available to persons authorized by the Administrator and entities authorized under the law;
  13. Your personal data necessary to perform legal obligations will be processed for the duration of the contract and all applicable regulations;
  14. You have the right to:
  15. access your data and receive a copy of it
  16. rectify (correct) personal data
  17. transfer data
  18. restrict data processing, except for the situations indicated in Article 23 of the GDPR regulations
  19. the right to object to data processing
  20. lodging a complaint to the Chief of the Office for Personal Data Protection
  21. withdraw consent at any time in the event that the data is processed on the basis of such consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing that was carried out before its withdrawal. The right to withdraw consent does not apply to processing that takes place on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR and is necessary to perform the contract.
