Chemical peeling involves the application of acids for the regeneration of the epidermis or dermis. Peels can be used at any age and on all parts of the body. The proper selection of the peel depends on the problem, age, skin type and season. Well-chosen peels are effective in the treatment of hyperpigmentation or blemishes, sun damage, wrinkles, scars, blackheads and stretch marks. Peels initiate the rebuilding of the skin, regulate sebaceous glands and have an effect on melanocytes and melanin responsible for the formation of dark spots. A series of peels results in epidermal and skin renewal. The skin is more hydrated, supple, brightened and radiant.

Recommendations:
In order to enhance the effects of the treatments we recommend additional nutritive facials and theuse of dermo cosmetics. A series of treatments is beneficial. Up to 12 hours after the procedure do not apply any makeup. For peels with significant shedding, for 7 days after treatment, avoid environments with a high risk of infection such as swimming pools, sauna’s and strenuous physical exercise like jogging, gym. For 2 weeks after the treatment avoid intense sun and subzero temperature exposure. It is necessary to apply sunscreens with SPF 50 +. For recurring herpes infections it is recommended to take Acyclowir Heviran 400mg or Vaciclovir 500mg-1000mg 2 days prior to the planned treatment.
